Educational Programmes

Justice Centre is committed to investing in future generations of refugee protection practitioners

We have more than a decade of experience in delivering clinical legal education programmes.  We have successfully run clinical legal education programmes with academic partners including the Chinese University of Hong Kong SAR, the University of Hong Kong SAR, the University of Cambridge and the Queensland University of Technology.

Graduates of our programmes have gone on to become refugee lawyers, representing protection claimants in Hong Kong SAR’s asylum screening process, and working on public interest law issues around the world.

Our team at Justice Centre believes that young people can play a big role in building an inclusive society, and encourages high school students to consider the wider issues facing the communities they live amongst. Our tailored Young Advocates Programme is an opportunity for high school students between 15-18 years of age to explore their interest in refugee law, psychology and social sciences.
