Let us all be reminded on International Day Against Homophobia, Transphobia and Biphobia #IDAHOT that no one in the world should ever be afraid to walk down the street holding the hand of the person they love, or being who they want to be 🌈
For far too long, lesbian, gay, bisexual, trans and other nonconforming people across the globe have faced violence, discrimination, and other human rights violations simply for who they are. Some of them have had to leave their home and seek international protection in Hong Kong.
Justice Centre Hong Kong uses legal services, social welfare support, research, and community-centred advocacy to support, defend, and protect those who are most vulnerable to violations of their rights. We rely on our partnerships with the corporate and legal sectors, as well as the wider civil society, to drive change for a fair and just society.
